I can’t say enough great things about working with Mical from start to finish. She is extremely knowledgeable, punctual, communicative, and really puts care in her transactions. When you work with her you are not only receiving honest guidance, but also someone who invests time before and even after closing.

This realtor is RUDE & lacks effective communication. I called to ask if she works w/ out of state investors. She paused & said "uhhh, if you're buying a property but I'm not going to do CMAs & all of that." Part of the buying process is that you HAVE to review CMAs, you also have that information to SELL the home as well. RUDE & wouldn't recommend.

Mical is a wonderful realtor! I would recommend her to anyone. She made this entire process go a lot smoother than I thought it would go. She handled all negotiations wonderfully! I thought I would be stressed and confused over the entire process but she kept us informed the whole time and explained each process along the way!
